Line Beauregard
Mrs. Line Beauregard has been recognized as a INDCP's institutional instructor working for the Institut de réadaptation en déficience physique de Québec (IRDPQ). She holds a Master's Degre in Psychology (1990) and a Ph.D Degree in Social Work (2002). She is an associate professor of Social Work at Université Laval, and is a member of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Rehabilitation and Social Integration (CIRRIS). She also works as a research counselor with the IRDPQ.

Normand Boucher
Mr. Normand Boucher has been involved in the Quebec Disability Rights Movement for over 10 years. He was a member of Quebec Association for Postsecondary Students with Disabilities Board of Directors and was one of the Association des étudiantes et étudiants handicapés de l'Université Laval's (ADÉHUL) founder. He currently is responsible for the Comité d'Action des Personnes Vivant des Situations de Handicap (CAPVISH) habitation dossier, where he contributed to the development of an online inventory of accessible bulidings and accommodations (BLAC) in Quebec city area. M. Boucher studied political science and sociology at Université Laval, where he obtained its Ph.D in sociology in 2001. Since 1994, he has been working closely with the International Network on Disability Creation Process on social research projects centered on participatory action research and sociopolitical changes issues.
He also pursed postdoctoral studies at the Centre for Disability Studies at Leeds University in the United Kingdom. Since 2002, he has collaborated with the Laboratoire de recherche sur les pratiques et politiques sociales (LAREPPS) team from Université du Québec à Montréal and became associate professor in the School of Social Work at Laval University. More recenty, he joined the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Rehabilitation and Social Integration (CIRRIS) located at the Institut de réadaptation en déficience physique de Québec (IRDPQ)
Isabelle Émond
Qualified occupational therapist graduated from Université de Montréal since 1987;
She has been working for seven years for CLSC Longueuil-est, as member of the home support unit, and has worked occasionnally in a private clinics. She's currently a manager in the office of the "Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec" (OEQ);
In charge of the OEQ working group on the ICF and the Disability Creation Process.
Denyse Fortier
Physical therapist working at Hôpital Marie-Enfant;
Has varied clinical experiences coming from working with several clienteles;
Has supervised many intervention plan based upon ICIDH and Disability Creation process training sessions
Patrick Fougeyrollas
M. Patrick Fougeyrollas hold a a Ph.D Degree in anthropology from Université Laval and specialized himself into the study of disability as a social construction. From 1979 to 1986, he contributed to the development of the Office des personnes handicapés du Québec (OPHQ) research sector and coordonnated "On Equal Terms" public policy elaboration. "On Equal Terms" orientations were adopted by the government of Quebec in 1985. He currently is Director of scientific support and education at the Institut de réadaptation en déficience physique de Québec (IRDPQ), as well as, being responsible for its Université Laval affiliated institute. He is also part of the research team of Center for Interdisciplinary research in rehabilitation and social integration and is an adjunct professor at Université Laval in the Rehabilitation and Anthropology departments. With the help of Mario Bolduc and Maryke Muller he founded the International Network on the Disability Creation Process (INDCP)and is his current president. He also chairs the Canadian Society on the International Classification of Impairments, Disabilities and Handicaps (ICIDH). During his career he played an active role in the promotion of social and environmental factors inside many national and international expert committees related to rehabilitation, social integration of persons with disabilities, ICH review, research (Council of Europe, World Health Organization, United Nations, Canadian Institute for Health Information, OPHQ, Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec), etc. He recently was, from 1999 to 2003, a member of the board of directors of the «Canadian Center on Disability Studies».
M. Fougeyrollas is a social researcher interested in the study of the interactive person/environment processes, which are determining the quality of people with disabilities social participation in their community. He is also active into the international people with disabilites' rights and equalization of opportunitites movement. With its team of Quebec's researcher, he developed the Disability Creation Process Classification. This last conceptual model was innovative because it fully aknowledged environmental factors and clarifed what were the differences between intrinsic personal factors and situational factors. These conceptual developments fueled and influenced international debates surrounding WHO's ICIDH revision. He jointly developed with its team, especially with Luc Noreau, instruments measuring the quality of social participation and its environmental, physical and social determinants. His research program is mostly focused on the development and evaluation of health programs and policies, on the one hand, and on compensation measures of impairments, disabilities and handicap situations.

Yvon Legris
Quality of services executive counselor for the Centre de réadaptation InterVal located in Trois-Rivières;
Quality of services local commissioner for this same establishment;
Has been practicing physical therapy for close 20 years;
From 1980 to 1997, he served as a junior lecturer at the Health Sciences Department of Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières;
He also collaborated on the elaboration of a data collecting and processing system about sports-related injuries. This project was managed by the Engineering Department and subsidized by FCAR-RSSQ;
Between 1996 and 1998, he participated in the creation and steering of the first Quebec physical therapy clinic to be part of an health services cooperative.
He is an INDCP accredited trainer and has been since 1996 training health professionals on the Disability Creation Process, the Individualized Intervention Plan and the International Classification of Impairments, Disabilities and Handicaps;
Through his teachings he has been promoting the Disability Creation Process as a tool to be used by health professionals as well as by health and social service managers in the province of Quebec.

Pierre Majeau
Mr. Pierre Majeau holds a Master's Degree in Psychology of Human Relations (M.Ps.). He has been involved into the organization development, human relations, strategic planification, training and animation fields.

Has been practicing psychoeducation in a private setting for close 15 years;
Founded and presently heads Les Consultants en réadaptation du Québec, a company offering training and research services, as well as, evaluation and intervention services with persons experiencing handicap situations;
